I am a gastroenterologist at The Toronto General Hospital which is part of
the University Health Network. I was born in Toronto on April 17th 1949 and
went to High School at Forest Hill Collegiate, undergraduate and graduate school
at the University of Toronto. I finished my certifications in Internal Medicine
and Gastroenterology in 1979. I did 3 further years of postgraduate research,
one with Dr. Mitch Halperin at St. Michaels Hospital Toronto and 2 at University
College Hospital London UK with Professor J.C. Waterlow and Professor Mike Rennie.
I have been in practice in Toronto since 1982.
My favorite activities include helicopter skiing
and climbing.
